About the press

Best Kept Press is an independent publisher. It has a small catalog because small is the method, not the limitation: a book is chosen, edited, and set before the next is considered. The press would rather publish one book that keeps than ten that merely arrive.

The house does not advertise, does not trend, and does not hurry. It is run by people who believe that a book, properly made, is its own introduction. The rest of this page has been left blank on purpose.
